Prowrap to serve something special as official wrapping partner of International Salon Culinaire show
Prowrap is set to serve up a slice of culinary history as it reveals it is the official wrapping partner of the celebrated International Salon Culinaire competition.
The UK-based manufacturer of films, foil, and baking parchments will be providing its innovative portfolio of products – including its market-leading Speedwrap Pro dispenser – to support the competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious events of its kind. For the third year in a row, the International Salon Culinaire showcase will take place as part of Food Drink & Hospitality Week at ExCeL London, between 25 – 27 March.
Bryony Barlow, Commercial Director at Prowrap was delighted to have the chance to play a key role in such a historic event, saying, “We’re immensely proud to support this event. We continually refine and develop our products to ensure they can perform at the very highest level, and there is no better showcase of that than one of the foodservice industry’s most prestigious events.
“We’ll also be unveiling some exciting new dispenser innovations and we’re pleased to be playing a part in what is set to be a blockbuster show.”
The show’s proud history dates back to 1902, when the very first Salon Culinaire competition was held at the Royal Albert Hall. Over the years, the show has provided exposure to talented young chefs who have gone on to become Michelin star-winning leaders of the craft.
As part of Food Drink & Hospitality Week, International Salon Culinaire is co-located with IFE, IFE Manufacturing, HRC, and The Pub Show, drawing some of the world’s leading foodservice and hospitality brands to London for three busy days.
“As partners, we will be at the ExCeL,” added Barlow. “We’d encourage any attendees interested in learning more about how cutting-edge wrapping and dispensing solutions can support their business should get in touch.”
